Registration Fees and Types
Below are the registration rates, inclusions and terms and conditions for registrations. All fees are listed in Australian Dollars and include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note credit card payments will incur fees – refer to “Payment Options” below.

The Fine Print
- Member registration rates are applicable to members of Engineers Australia and/or the Royal Aeronautical Society. A membership number will need to provided during registration.
- To be eligible for the early bird rates, registrations must be submitted and fully paid by the stipulated deadline.
- A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from an accredited academic institution (submitted in English). Students must be studying full-time to qualify for the student rate. A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded during registration. Without this, the regular registration fee will be charged.
Group Discounts
The Congress offers group discounts for five (5) or more delegates from the same company/organisation. Group discounts only apply to full registrations, not including the Abstract Speaker registration type (which is already discounted).
5-9 registrations = 5% discount
10-19 registrations = 10% discount
20+ registrations = 15% discount
To be eligible for the group discount, registrations must be submitted at the same time using the group registration portal below. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to earlier registrations.
Terms and Conditions
All full registrations include:
- Morning, lunch and afternoon break catering
- Access to the Welcome Reception
- Access to the HUMS Dinner, subject to availability * (available only to delegates who select the 15th International Conferences on Health and Usage Monitoring as their primary conference)
- Access to the Congress Dinner
- Opportunity to purchase additional guest tickets for social functions, if required
- Entry to all Congress sessions on 22 and 23 February 2026
- Entry to Avalon International Airshow on 24 February 2026
All day registrations include:
- Morning, lunch and afternoon break catering on selected day
- Access to the HUMS Dinner, subject to availability * (available only to delegates who select the 15th International Conferences on Health and Usage Monitoring as their primary conference, and attending on 22 February 2026)
- Opportunity to purchase tickets for social functions, if required
- Entry to all Congress sessions on selected day
Registration Confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with a confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment accompanies your form.
Sharing of registrations is not permitted; a separate registration is required for each individual.
Name Badge
Each delegate of the Congress will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Tickets to the International Avalon Airshow (where included with registration type) will be issued directly by the organisers of the Airshow.
Credit Card
Our preferred payment is by credit card. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex’.
Payments by credit card will incur the following fees to cover administrative costs to process the payments and account reconciliations, transaction processing fees and compliance and security costs:
- Visa and MasterCard – 2.2%
- American Express – 3.0%
Invoice and Bank Transfer
Payment by invoice or bank transfer is on request basis only. Please contact register.aiac@arinexgroup.com PRIOR to completing the form. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from date of invoice.
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Congress Managers at register.aiac@arinexgroup.com.
We strongly recommend you personally organise the purchase of travel insurance to ensure all costs arising from any potential cancellation will be covered.
Note: there will be a $150 administration fee charged for refunds on duplicate registration payments.
Registration
Cancellations before Wednesday 23 September 2026 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations from Thursday 24 September 2026 to Tuesday 12 January 2027 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations on or after Wednesday 13 January 2027 will receive no refund.
Social Functions
Payments are non-refundable as at Wednesday 13 January 2027.
Transfer of registration will be permitted if you notify us with at least five (5) business days’ notice of the Congress. Any difference in fees will need to be paid if the substitute registrant is not entitled to the same registration rate. No refunds will be provided for transfers to a lower registration rate.
Where a payment has been made, there will be no refund for those who do not attend.
If registration is not paid yet, it will be valid for 14 days from date of registration. If payment has not been received within 30 days or by Wednesday 13 January 2027, whichever occurs first, the registration will be automatically cancelled.
Engineers Australia reserves the right to alter, amend or cancel any or all of the elements in the event program.
By attending, or registering to attend the Congress, you agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policy.
The Organiser of AIAC22 (the “Event”) reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid. Please view the Code of Conduct which all attendees are expected to comply with.
Some external individuals/companies may be sending emails that reference AIAC22, potentially giving the false impression they are affiliated with the Congress. These entities are not connected with the official Congress Managers, and may not be legitimate travel providers. Some may be attempting to fraudulently obtain personal or financial information.
All official registration, travel and/or accommodation information will come directly from Arinex (where applicable). We strongly recommend using only travel agents or services you personally know and trust.
Engaging with third-party providers is at your own risk, and the Congress Organisers accept no liability for any resulting issues or losses. Stay alert and rely only on official communication channels.
