Luke Healey

Digital Engineering Capability Leader, Boeing Defence Australia 

Luke is the Digital Engineering Capability Leader for Boeing Defence Australia. Over the past 15 years, Luke has enjoyed a varied career with Boeing across complex engineering projects such as defence communications project Vigilare and land communication project Currawong, led the set up and growth of the Boeing Defence Australia Adelaide office, and has led the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test Capability. 

Luke is excited by innovation and people leadership. He loves to solve complex problems, and does so by keeping people at the centre of his solutions. Luke is also passionate about cross-industry collaboration, and is Boeing’s focal for their relationship with University of Adelaide. He holds a degree in Aerospace Avionics Engineer from Queensland University of Technology and currently balances his career with sharing caring responsibilities for his young daughter Jess with his wife Kayla.
