Mr. Pereira holds undergraduate degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Physics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida, and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York.
